Private Practice: Part (1)

Coachee: I must admit, I was completely lost 3 months ago and the only thing I knew for sure is that I was laid off twice and I wanted a back-up plan. I wanted a profession to fall back on, when things get tough and I find my self jobless again!

Coach Denley: What have you learnt about your self and profession during the past 3 months?

Coachee: I learnt that if it is not a failure in my own private practice then I should never take it personally. And even when I face obstacles while trying to build my practice, these are building blocks I need to overcome in order to succeed.

Coach Denley: How does that realization make you feel?

Coachee: At peace. Everything is a lesson, good or bad. If I view life from that perspective then I am never dragged into drama and emotional exhaustion. What a relief!

Coach Denley: It takes courage to admit our limitations and failures. I acknowledge you for that! How do you feel about moving to the next part of the session and start setting some actions together for you to achieve?

Coachee: I am 100% ready and cannot wait to actually start my private practice! Tell me Coach, what do I need to do?

Coach Denley: YOU tell me!
